2 medium pizza bases

Simple pizza dough recipe.
4 cupsbread flour1 tspsugar1 packetyeast2 tspsalt1.5 cupswarm water2 tbspolive oil
Reserve another
2 tspolive oil for greasing the bowl.
Prepare the dough
Combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
Add the water and
2 tbspoil and mix until the dough forms into a ball.If the dough is too dry, add additional water. If the dough is too wet, add additional flour. At the end of this process the dough should be slightly sticky.
Grease a bowl with the remaining
2 tspolive oil, add the dough, then cover the bowl and let it rise until doubled.
Divide the dough into two equal pieces, and let rise for 10 minutes.
High protein flour can give your Pizza a nice texture.
