Pizza Dough

Simple pizza dough recipe.


Reserve another 2 tsp olive oil for greasing the bowl.

Prepare the dough


Combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.


Add the water and 2 tbsp oil and mix until the dough forms into a ball.

If the dough is too dry, add additional water. If the dough is too wet, add additional flour. At the end of this process the dough should be slightly sticky.


Grease a bowl with the remaining 2 tsp olive oil, add the dough, then cover the bowl and let it rise until doubled.


Divide the dough into two equal pieces, and let rise for 10 minutes.

High protein flour can give your Pizza a nice texture.
